    "Integrated control technology and demonstration of rabies (red collar)" project for a period of 4 years, aims to draw lessons from the world society for the protection of animal control rabies in the world of experience, the introduction of the prevention and control of rabies immunization and management of international technology, combined with China's actual situation, through the implementation of the relevant prevention and control strategies for rabies prevention and management, strengthening the management of dogs, the implementation of large-scale immune injection, so as to avoid the large-scale dog rabies fears caused by culling, reduce the incidence of rabies.

    The start of the project, to carry out scientific and effective rabies prevention measures in our country, especially in rural areas, and the prevention and control of rabies will play an exemplary and positive role in promoting the integration of urban and rural.
